Before we start any work with our clients, they are notified what the work will be, when it will be completed and how much it will cost.
We do not start any work until everyone is happy with what, when, and how much. This way they can budget for the expense and be prepared for it (no surprises).
We find the best way to communicate with our clients is to visit them at their place of work, don't be surprised if we drop in for a "catch up" meeting. We also give unlimited telephone and email support throughout the year. In all cases the clock is definitely NOT ticking.
